Brut Influence is entirely vinified in oak. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, it is fermented in oak casks, matured over fine lees without malolactic fermentation and aged in the cellar for 5 years. A low-dosage champagne, Influence is a wine of much character that reflects the terroir.
